Terms & Conditions for Free Flight Offer:

1. This offer is valid on purchase of VIP Industries Limited Brands i.e., VIP, Skyabgs, Carlton in a single Invoice of Rs. 6,999/- or above between 15^th April, 2023 to 30^th June, 2023.
2. All Eligible Subscriber shall be entitled to an offer which consists of a return way flight ticket to domestic destination (Base Fare Only) within India.
3. Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. shall be deciding the airline for travel purpose of the Eligible Subscriber as per the offer and Eligible Subscriber will not have a choice to select any airline of their choice.
4. There is a strict limit of one booking per household and per Eligible Subscriber for the duration of the promotion.
5. The offer is applicable on a direct flight only. The offer is not applicable on any connecting flights.
6. The Eligible Subscriber must mention 2 alternative destination and dates of travel on the Booking Request Tab. The first date of travel has to be intimated 30 days prior from the date of submission of booking. There should be a difference of minimum 10 days between two alternative travel date(s). Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. shall ensure to book the dates of travel chosen by the Eligible Subscriber. In case, if the chosen date of travel cannot be booked due to some reason then the Eligible Subscriber may be offered alternative dates of travel by Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd., which may be before or after the date’s specified in the Booking Request Tab. Such an offer shall fulfill all promotional obligations by Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. to the Eligible Subscriber. In certain sectors, if promotional fares are not available, Rewardport reserves to ask for alternate destination and dates.

8. Eligible Subscriber to register the voucher on flyforfree.vipbags.com on or before 31^st July, 2023 of purchase of the products to be eligible to claim their free flight ticket.
9. Within 7 working days of receiving the completed Booking Request, Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. shall send payment link to the Eligible Subscriber regarding his/her booking request for the total amount due towards taxes and other charges (other charges including but not limited to airport charges, development fee, passenger service fee, user development fee, Govt taxes, Insurance) (i.e. all charges excluding base fare) on the Eligible Subscriber’s registered Email id or via SMS on their registered mobile no. No amendments will be entertained once the payment link is sent. If payment not made within 48 hours, the link will expire and no further bookings will be entertained thereafter and the offer shall stand lapsed for the Eligible Subscriber. VIP Industries Limited shall not be responsible to any customer for not having a valid email id or mobile no.
10. The Eligible Subscriber is deemed to have understood that these taxes/charges may be subject to change beyond Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd.’s control and Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. shall not be liable or in any manner responsible for the same.
11. The choice of destination will be shared by the Eligible Subscriber. However, Airlines and timing will be selected by Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. Only direct flights towards the destination will be booked.
12. Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. will pick the cheapest flight available on particular date as instructed by the Eligible Subscriber and communicate the same to the Eligible Subscriber along with the taxes payable accordingly. Eligible Subscriber will not have the option to choose the timings of the flight. No option shall be given to the Eligible Subscriber to modify or change the flights.
13. The Eligible Subscriber has to provide their PAN / Aadhaar Card number along with the invoice (mandatory) with a copy of the PAN card / Aadhaar Card and invoice to Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd.
14. There will be a few black out days. During which no bookings shall be made but the registration of Voucher can be done during this period. No bookings of Air Ticket will be allowed for the blackout days.
15. This Voucher will not be valid where the destination of travel is having a national conference,festival, sporting event etc. during the period of travel.
16. Ticket once issued cannot be changed/amended. If the Eligible Subscriber does not reach the airport on the given time/date as mentioned in the flight ticket, his/her Voucher shall be deemed to be redeemed and cannot be re-used or reclaimed.
17. Standard online payment charges will be applicable to Eligible Subscriber for paying the taxes/charges via the payment link.
18. The Eligible Subscriber hereby expressly acknowledges and undertakes that Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. or VIP Industries Limited cannot be held responsible for any delays, cancellations or any alterations to the flight schedules and routes.
19. Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. shall use its reasonable endeavors to deliver the flight ticket to the Eligible Subscriber at least seven days before that Eligible Subscriber’s date of departure.
20. The flight voucher is non-transferable, non-assignable and cannot be sold, or redeemed for cash. There is no cash alternative to this offer, and all reservations are strictly subject to promotional availability.
21. Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. does not give any warranty or make any representation of the delivery, quality, merchantability or suitability of the Flight and/or the services being offered by the relevant airline. Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. is also not liable for any defect or deficiency in services so offered by any of the airlines.
22. Eligible Subscriber agrees and undertakes not to hold the Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd., VIP Industries Limited and its directors, officers, employees etc. responsible for or liable for any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, cost, charges and expenses that the purchaser may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur by way of and/or on account of the present offer.
23. VIP Industries Limited and Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal loss or injury that may be suffered (including loss of life), to a purchaser and/or a co-passenger, directly or indirectly by user or nonuser of the air ticket and/or any of the products/services offered.
24. The Eligible Subscriber shall comply with all the rules and regulations of the airlines (as applicable).
25. Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. further reserves the right to withdraw this offer without notice in the event of force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God, war, earthquake, flood, fire, catastrophe, strikes, lockdown by government or any event beyond the reasonable control.
26. Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. is free to invalidate any voucher being misused and demand compensation from the Eligible Subscriber or voucher holder under such circumstances.
27. Redemption of the ticket is subject to the availability of seats.
28. Standard airline rules shall apply, and identification may be required. The Airline Staff / Manager’s decision is final and airline rules shall apply. The holder of this offer is not entitled to any preferential rights over any other airline patrons.
29. This Air Voucher does not include any other facilities such as food and beverages, excess baggage, etc.
30. Any issue related to service and issuance of ticket or baggage loss or baggage charges has to be dealt with respective airlines directly. VIP Industries Limited and Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. shall not be held responsible.
31. This Air Voucher cannot be utilized by presentation directly at the airline office or other booking agencies (online or otherwise) and has to be registered and booked by following the steps specified on the program site and/or these terms & conditions.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. This offer is not available to employees, agents, dealers, or distributors of VIP Industries Limited and Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd., its clients or agencies and their immediate families.
2. The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions are binding on the voucher holder/purchaser.
3. The "How to Use/Redeem" instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.
4. Only valid invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name, Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names (only the participating products), and prices will be considered as an eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming flight vouchers.
5. No handwritten bills/invoices or photocopied bills/invoices will be considered.
6. The invoice/bill copy should clearly mention the eligible products.
7. The invoice/bill copy should be in ENGLISH language only.
8. One single bill/invoice will be valid for one air voucher, regardless of the number of eligible pieces purchased in that invoice.
9. The Promotion & contest shall run on the select VIP Products only.
10. Offer excludes booking flights on public holidays and bank holidays.
11. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, shall be responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
12. Only one voucher code per Eligible Subscriber per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be clubbed together.
13. A maximum of one voucher can be used per person, per mobile number, per email id, per invoice/bill, per household, per venue, per booking group (the group is defined as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder) during the promotion period.
14. The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
15. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the VIP Industries Limited, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, VIP Industries Limited reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any Eligible Subscriber; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
23. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of VIP Industries Limited which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.

Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage VIP Industries Limited’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, VIP Industries Limited reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the VIP Industries Limited suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify VIP Industries Limited for those losses, damages, and costs.

Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd.., its clients, agents, and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured venues/offers.
26. VIP Industries Limited does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered by the Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. or by the airlines. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. marketing of such a product or service.
27. Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd.., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
28. By availing the Offer, the Eligible Subscriber hereby consents to the accessing of information and/or images of the Eligible Subscriber by VIP Industries Limited and Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. for the purpose of this Offer. Further, VIP Industries Limited shall be at liberty to use the entries received for its media coverage, advertisement or publicity in any form which is existing today or will be known anytime in the future including the promotion of any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by it without any consideration to the Eligible Subscriber.
29. VIP Industries Limited and Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. are not responsible in the event of the flight being canceled by the airlines/ authorities for whatsoever reason; no refund or reschedule will be entertained. VIP Industries Limited and Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. are not responsible for the quality of seats or any service discrepancies by the airlines.
30. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
31. Last date to register the voucher is on or before 31^st July, 2023. Last date to book the flight ticket is on or before 30^th August, 2023. Last date to travel is on or before 10^th October, 2023
